Sian is continuing with her design ideas for her first 'stitchery' project. She's taken several photos of autumn leaves and amongst them has found one specifically that enthuses her with an 'explosion of colour and growth'. This particular one appears to have her 'fire' theme so she will now prepare some working diagrams ready to transfer onto fabric. Hopefully for next week, first stages will be ready to see !
She's aiming to make an embroidered panel of her own design - using fabrics and threads in an assortment of colours that match the leaves. At this stage, she's undecided on what techniques she'll be using - watch her space!
