Janice is making a large patchwork holdall/bag to carry and store her large round frame. Each hexagon has been appliques to the base layer and is then having a central motif decoratively overstitched.
The other project she is working on is a cross-stitch panel to commorate her local WI (area shaded red). She too has temporarily gridded the canvas to assist with chart usage - like other student's work, these griddings will be removed once cross-stitch is complete.
