Barbara is continuing with her work on the Temari ball started last term (see her work, week 4) and is going to use up some 'odds and ends' of surplus stranded cotton from other projects. At this stage she's planning to make each half of the ball a mirror-image of the other half - providing she has sufficient thread!
She's also found that by using a curved needle for this size ball, it's a great help in getting the stitches through the wrapped yarns.
