Sian is one of the new students - she attended a workshop earlier in the year and wants to continue with a design she began that used some hand embroidery techniques.
After further thought over the past week and discussion today, she's now decided to work on a larger scale and use this as a 'springboard' to begin a project based on 'FIRE'.
It was the colours and fabrics (upper left) that led her to this decision.
